Sharp pain in one testicle

Ive been having a sharp pain in my testicles for a few days now it usually occurs about twice a day on the left side when standing and sometimes when sitting i havent found any signs of lumps at all could it be due to wearing tight clothes because the day is started i was wearing tight jeans with some joggers underneath. im currently not sexually active the last time was probably around may.
