Sharp pain in my left chest

Hi Doc, Suffering from a sharp pain just beside my left arm pit on my left chest and it is very pointed at one place. Having a dull kind of pain but when pressing the area it pains a lot. The pain also radiates to left neck and also to the left arms in a very dull manner. Did not have done any heavy work buy yes spend load of time ( 12 + hours ) on laptop. ECG: Normal Pulse: Normal Pressure: Normal Weight: 80kg Height: 5'9"
