Sharp cramps

Abdominal pain, cramping, irregular period, diabetic, don't eat much meat, have been having normal stool until yesterday which was diarreah but now the pain of the cramps are only in my tailbone & I'm passing stool like I feel but only looks like white bubbly spit in the toilet. Pain is still super unbareable .
