Hello,exactly one year back i felt slight chest pain and went to hospital.There,they did trop-I,ecg(multiple times),echo,vitamin-d,blood tests.All of them were fine and cardiologist said it's a normal muscle pain.I have this gastric issues.So sometimes i feel this chest pain and i feel okay with it assuming it to be gastric.But sometimes we see cardiac deaths in young adults.They are disturbing my mind.Do i need to really worry about my chest pains or leave?These pains come occasionally.Please provide me a solution
