Hi, I'm nearsighted. Power is -1.75 Should I wear spectacles while working on laptop? I always use the night light on for my laptop screen, do i need filtered glasses to protect me eyes or the screen filter would work equally?

Hi, Yes you have to wear glasses while working on computer.  U can use antireflective / blue lens glasses for computer use.
