I have got shaky hands. I already informed to my psychiatrist. He gave me inderal 10 tablet for that. And yea I was attracted with a girl. 2012.later in 2017 with a guy and he gave me topaz, flunil, olanex-f, and mentat tablet now I am okay but i hv shaky hands. Yeah i started masturbation from class 7th when I was 12 years old. Now I stopped and I am a celibate. Plus I am taking medicine and with yoga(pranayam) and meditation. Please give me some tips
