Shaky and weak

I've been diabetic, but lost weight and watch what I eat. My last A1C was 6.4 but still taking meds. Today, I became very shaky and weak until I ate something with sugar. Should I still be taking meds?

Most likely you developed hypoglycemia which can be very dangerous. Your HbA1C levels are under fairly good control. But the control is because of medicines(if you have been taking meds for long time)
Next Steps
May need direct consultation for optimisation of medicine dosage
