Shaking of hand when holding things .

I always use to have a shaky hands. But recently my shaking of hand has gone up drastically specially when I try to hold things steady. I have been taking nerobion and ciplar which seems to help. I would like to know if there are better treatments ?

Hello.., well the tablets you are taking are vitamin and propranolol which is probably for your anxiety and the tremors is probably realted to anxiety, thyroid issues, any other inhalers like salbutamol, or intake of alcohol...I would like to examine you... meet a physician.. Thank you
