My ands keep shaking now and then I know I’m not cold if anything I’m really warm

Try and identify when this happens if you see there could be some situations that would have lead to it what I mean like is it a fine task like while just using your two fingers etc if you find it becoming major consern and not able identify it as something to do with fear then you need to consult a specialist.
