liver for which u need to change your lifestyle. also your bad
cholestrol is also elevated.
i would advise to follow the following remedies:
- Exercise regularly(Preferably High Intensity Interval Training which would be an effective cardio work out)
- Reduce weight
- Avoid
sugar treats, fatty food, oily/ deep fried food items.
- Have food items such as fish(rich in omega 3 fatty acids such as salmon), flax seeds, garlic, foods rich in soluble fiber.
- Eliminate trans fats from your diet
- Limit your consumption of foods high in saturated fats. For example, substitute olive oil for butter
