I have been feeling  nausea and vomiting for one month and I have also gas problem since 2020. I do my LFT then SGPT is showing 70 and SGOT 46. What is the cause for increment in SGPT level. Can It be a FLD? I never take alcohols. Kindly Suggests what I do to reduce the sgpt level.

Hello If your usg reports show fatty liver and with this report of LFT, there is possibility of NASH. You will need further evaluation and subsequently medication will be given
