I had a yearly medical check up and found sgot sgpt 76.4 and 74.9. Wanted to know how bad is that.  Could you please suggest natural ways to reduce it.

SGPT and SGOT are high, which shows liver pathology. It’s coz of liver injury, damage or infection. U have to start medicine. Avoid spicy, fatty and oily food. Protein should be restricted. Do u have any abdominal pain
