I have suddenly discovered 3 dots under my penile shaft skin which is white in color and there is no itching, redness or pain I don’t feel any difference. However on consulting a doctor online I was told that it is a minor skin infection and I should apply ointment and should be fine few test were recommended and they are all negative.
