Sir I am facing a problem of a fluid secretion from my penis whenever I am with my girlfriend or whenever I think about her,hold her hand and even when I walk with her...I know that it is normal but is it really normal if it happens daily and every time I meet her...if not how can I control it..and how it may affect my health...and my balls also start paining
