I'm a male..i'm married and have one baby girl..I have sexual problem..during sexual inter course at first time sperm will come within 5 to 10 mins..second time it will takes time between 10 to 15 mins..some times I got little fearing because of the quick ejection of sperm at first time...please suggest any remedies for these problem...
