I have sex time of 4-5 minutes and also low sperm count of 2-3 drops. what should i do know

Hello 4-5 minutes is absolutely normal. Low sperm count can't be ascertained without semen analysis report. Do a semen analysis test from any recognised lab after at least 72hrs abstinence from sex. Undue anxiety regarding sexuality is always counterproductive.
