I am suffering from low sperm count, low bulge and testicles. Small penis. I am 27 yrs old. I tried having sex with my girl bit could not, it was around 15mins. I could not able to insert. I asked many friends and many websites no solution. I mastrubute daily also sperm gets out within 2mins. I also seen my friends penis and bulge testicles compare to them mine is very weak and small. Please I kindly request to give solution and medicine, even no matter if surgery.
