Hello sir/madam I am 24 years old suffering from regular frequent nightfall , semen leakage with urine , burning while urine . Premature ejaculation with in 30 seconds . I am suffering all this from last 3 years . It started with a excessive masterbation then regular nightfall then semen leakage . I took various medicine but doesn’t works well . Rigt now I am taking Himalaya tentex forte , confido and musligra gold .
