I am not getting prolonged erection or stiffness during sex. What medicine can i take to improve. I am obese but am active working towards weight loss. I feel no exhaustion during sexual activity. I am taking Cholestrol tablet (Rosuvas 10) and no other medication. was on TB medicines which was started in September 2016 and stopped in September 2017, post Spine surgery(Koch Spine)
