It's not just that he is having tight foreskin, he is not willing to do it and now when the things are known by our parents, he is saying that we're leading a very stressful life - family pressure, professional stuff. This may reduce the frequency, but never doing it for 2.5yrs is not I agree upon. Please suggest.
