So my girlfriend and I "did it" and at first ejaculation I wore a condom, but then I continued raw...but I did not cum the second time. Is it possible that some sperm got out during raw sex, if it was, was it enough sperm to get to my girls egg.

Yes there is a possibility that sperm got out into vagina.. For pregnancy only one sperm is required out of millions..  Even few sperms can cause pregnancy..
