I face intermittent erectile dysfunction. I get erect sometimes. But lose it when i really need to have sex. Is there any otc fix for this cause. Also please suggest some safer pills. I know those pills are bad for your health. But i want to use every now and then only. I will work on myself with exercises and diet. Please help
