Severe wound in legs

My mother get severe wound in her legs, she is suffering from last 6 month. we went to several doctors and she is taking heavy dose medicine then also problem exists. while taking medicine its cures for 1-2 days after that same condition. She is feeling very pain all day. She is not in bangalore now. Please suggest if you have came across such thing. Attaching the screenshot below

Hi! Your mother is getting ulcers on her leg and this could be due many causes. She may require a biopsy to rule out any vascular causes and to get a definite diagnosis. She will require long term treatment and regular dressings. Please take her to a medical college where all the facilities will be available .
