Very Good evening.  I'm Dr.Yogesh Kr Sharma.  First of all after reading the complaints,  that your mother might have developed Acute exacerbation of Bronchial Asthma,  which can be only Appropriately treated at Hospital not at home. Kindly take it seriously. Taking foracort 100 rotacap once a day is very minute dosage and suddenly you have increased the rotacap puffs to 4-5 a day which is not again a good idea. Dear Ma'am,  your mother needs intravenous steroids,  intravenous bronchodilators, Nebulization,  Low amount of oxygen @ 2 litres/minute. I am myself a patient of Bh. Asthma being a doctor and staying healthy & leading a quality life.  Kindly don't delay,  get her admitted to a Multispeciality hospital under chest specialist. Take care and good luck.
