After I recovered from covid 19. After almost 3 weeks I am having ear pain and feel like after bath water did not come out. and uper back side pain.. some time faster heart beat...and feel uneasy then after sweat.. I feel nrml... What would be the reason

Do some bllod investigation CBC, CRP, Thyroid profile test, Vitamine B12 level.
