Severe sunburn allergy

I've been to goa yesterday and the problem started yesterday itself. First sign was I was having red itching patches which looks like measles on my neck and when I travelled back to pune and reached home today. It has spreaded to my whole body. It's very itchy painful and spreading like i'm getting measles and I also have severe allergy problems please help me out
