Severe stomach ache, comes in waves

For the past week i have been getting more stomach aches than usual. however, last night and today they were extremely severe - to the point of tears and feeling like i was going to throw up. i have recently become a vegan, but these stomach pains did not happen when i initially started/ and i feel my diet hasn't changed drastically in anyway
