Plz go to your dentist immediately and take xrays to evaluate the need for doing a root canal.  Without xrays we can't know for sure what's the problem.  Feel free to consult Laser Smile Care Centre. If not allergic to it plz take Augmentin Duo 625 mg twice a day after meals for 5 days. Along with that plz take combiflam three times a day after meals..  If not solved then take Ketarol DT along with Combiflam..  These medicines can cause gastric irritation so to relieve that u can take lanpro 30 mg once a day early morning on empty stomach..

You can take painkillers as prescribed by other doctors but medicines are only going to provide temporary symptomatic relief and not a permanent solution..... you need to visit a dentist and get a proper clinical examination done for diagnosing your problem..... the right treatment can be instituted only after the right diagnosis..... try not to delay this before the problem aggravates further.... Regards....

Hello there. I can understand your concern. The cause of the toothache needs to be determined to be able to treat it. Also you have not mentioned which tooth you are having a problem. For pain management you can take a tab. Aceclofenac and paracetamol combination like tab. Zerodol-p twice a day after food. Kindly consult a dentist in person for further evaluation and management. Best regards. Dr. Anil kumar jain.
