Severe pain in lower abdomen upto vagina

I am facing pain in my lower abdomen since last 2-3 days. After urination, I started facing this issue. I thought it will be fine in a day or two. But it has increased further. Now my condition of pain is unbearable. Kindly suggest me what to do. I have fear in my mind whether it is any kind of infection or kidney or toilet related issue. Pls help me out.
