Severe pain in hip bone

I frequently get pain in hip I consulted 6 ortho doctors they didn't reply bcoz iam a thalessemia major they got MRI which was normal of both hips.but I get pain when I jump,run what should I do when I suffer like this please suggest me atleast temporary relief way.I go to collage at 2floor its main matter pls rply-TQ
