Hi I actually lost balance and jumped from 5-6 ft walk on a concrete floor and now I am unable to stand and walk due to severe pain in my lower part of leg specially the ankle and heel area. Please suggest

Ice packs application and X-ray leg- A.P view and Lateral view and X-ray foot- A.P view and oblique view  and show to me.
