Semen analysis report from the most reputed lab in south india says very occassional dead sperms-suggestive of severe oligozoospermia. Fructose present. Ph 8.5. Liquification time 30 mins. Volume 3 ml. MRI of pelvis absolutely fine. All hormone reports normal. Bilateral Varicocele observed. To what extent varicocele surgery gonna help in this case?

What is the grade of ur vericocele?? If its 1 or 2 grade then it can be treated with ayurveda medicine, but if its 3rd grade then u need to undergo surgery... Share ur semen analysis test report also..
