I AM SUFFERING FROM NECK PAIN SINCE PAST 4 MONTHS , ACTUALLY I AM A SOFTWARE ENG. PLEASE KINDLY HELP ME

Hi, there are so many reasons for neck pain but in your case it may be due to your bad posture and your life style. You have to consult to the Physio for further advice.
