Severe left side back pain

I'm suffering from severe left side lower back pain since from 4 days.I am feeling very uncomfortable to breath also when the pain arises. I have taken some pain killers from outside medical shops. but still I feel there is a severe back pain. can you suggest me,what to do to get rid of this health problem. hoping for a better suggestion.... thank you.

Consult Now
Check your posture and working habits which promotes overload on the spine and pain. Reduce the flexion arc. Sit with equal weight distribution on both buttocks.

Hi, thsi is a very common issue . Pls consult a Mckenzie Physiotherapist for detailed evaluation of ur spine. Pain killer is fine but it's just temporary relief of pain, not a a solution to your problem. Correct posture and exercises will definitely help. All the best
