I had c section in december 2017, its been 4 months ,iam 68kg now ,my age is 23 , from past 3 weeks iam having severe joint pains when i give bath to my baby by sitting down ,after few minutes my legs become numb, I visited my ob gyn a couple of days back, she suggested me to walk and gave me cholecaliferol dvion and nurokind for a month, along with that i have been taking harnical d from delivery, not daily but atleast thrice in a week . Started walking from 2 days .I had my thyroid test yesterday and it is 5.4 now My Hb is 12.4
