Severe itching since 1.5 months

Hello I have been suffering from severe itching since 1.5 months all over the body with slight redness also. It is disturbing a lot as I am unable to sleep properly at night. Please help me and let me know any cream which can give me instant relief. Applied permite cream and had ivernew 12 and Allegra 180 tablet 1 day back as per my Dermatologist suggestion who is from PGI, Chandigarh but no relief, instead it increased. Please help.

Send images if there are any visible rashes or lesions , if not could be urticaria. Creams wont help if it is generalised . Need orals to work from within. Consult online with detailed history
