I am hungry almost all the time after eating half n hour I will feel hungry I am unable to control my hunger .. increasing weight.. if I drink water I will get urination after sometime.. if it's a diabetic syndrome which test should I do? Or is there any other way to deal with this problem.. ?

These symptoms are typically called as osmotic symptoms polyuria , polydipsia and and polyphagia.... Your symptoms could be due to the underlying diabetes... U should get Fasting plasma sugar, 2 hr meal plasma sugar and Hb1Ac.....!!! If it comes abnormal u will be diagnosed as diabetes... And if it comes normal then need to do other tests..!!
