I have headaches very often and it's really severe. Along with that it's my heavy hairfall and also I feel I have memory issues like I can't remember things.

Get an eye examination done especially fundus. Try tab betacap Tr 40 once a day for 20 days. Consult a dermatologist for hair fall.
