High fever since last three days. Headache and shivering too. Have taken some medicine over the counter from Apollo pharmacy but no relief. Please advice.

Hello it would have been better if you could tell me what medicines you have taken on your own... I would suggest you to take Paracetamol 500mg for fever thrice a day.. I also want you to meet a physician in person..and also you may require blood test to be done.. thank you
