Severe headache after spinal anaesthesia

I completed fistula surgery three days back. Since then I have been suffering from severe headaches while standing and sitting. No pain while falling... Also back pain ( discomfort). Kindly advise any medication.

It is called as post spinal headache . Drink lot of water Coconut water Coffee can help with slight sugar
