Hi. Greetings, losing hair from entire body and from behind ears may not be the routine common hereditary baldness. You probably have alopecia areata of diffuse type. This is an autoimmune type of hair loss.You shall need to see a dermatologist at the earliest for confirmation of diagnosis and adequate treatment. Don't ignore or delay.
