My age is 20.I have been suffering from hair loss since 2-3 years and extereme dandruff,itchiness,and yellowish crust.I got my head shaved and I noticed that I have shining scalp in mid area (very large mid area has thinning hair).It is similar to MPB but due to something like infection,I don't know whether MPB or infection is causing hair loss.
