Severe Hairfall- 26 yrs female

I was diagnosed with dengue in Dec 2022. Since March 2023 I have been facing severe hair fall. I took follihair for 3 months and minoxidil soution as advised, which reduced my hairfall a little, and again, it went back to the initial stage once i stopped it. I took a few tests in November 2023 for hemoglobin, thiroid, b12,etc, and everything was at a normal rate and not deficient. Since the doctor felt it might help, I've been under medication(follihair, multi vitamins) for 3..4 months now. But still, I lose 120-150 strands every day and ever more on hair wash days. Again, they have prescribed me minoxidil solution. I am skeptical because I had used minoxidil twice earlier, which worsened my hair fall once I stop it. I even tried using pilgrims redensyl hair serum for a couple of months, which didnt do any good. my hair fall reduced to 150 strands from 200 once i stopped it. Please advise any alternatives or any serum that I can use to stop hairfall.

You appear to have a long history of hairfall which requires trichoscopy examination and further evaluation. I would recommend you do a proper consult so your doctor can counsel you and give you proper information about your type of hairfall. All the meds you used are good but require long term usage for results. Any improvement in hairfall is only visible at 6 months to 1 year after starting use of serums.
