Hello.. Well as there is viral fever all around it's quite possible that you are also suffering from one .Secondly I with suggest you to do steam inhalation as it will help you out on easing out ge congestion...I would suggest you to use vapocaps like sinarest... And you also can use paracetamol for headache..Thank you
