I am having eye strain pain for sometime now but in the last few days it is causing headaches and severe pain around the eye. The pain is more when there is alot of light please suggest

Pl hydrate yourself.pl use lubricant eye drops. Pl have vision test and slitlamp eye examination. Pl consult ophthalmologist for further evaluation and treatment .Pl follow eye precautions of digital screening.

While using digital devices, every 20 minutes, take a 20 second break and look at a distant object 20 feet away. Keep yourself hydrated. Blink more often. Sit away from ac and fan. You can use lubricating eye drop. To consult local ophthalmologist if symptoms persist.

What is your profession. Do you have more screen time. Follow 20 20 20 rule After every 20 minutes whilevon screen look at 20 feet distance for 20 sec blink more . Take adequate sleep Use lubricating eye drop.
