Severe erosive pangastritis with duodenitis & ulcers should not be left without medicines. Mild pain means healing is incomplete. Continue PPI (like pantoprazole) for at least 6–8 weeks as advised. If H. pylori positive, complete full eradication course. Diet helps but cannot cure ulcers alone. Avoid spicy food, tea/coffee excess, alcohol, smoking, NSAIDs. Eat small frequent meals. If pain increases, vomiting blood, black stools → urgent review.
