Severe dandruff
Hi dr.,
I'm having severe dandruff,.. second day of my head wash my head get full of dandruff,. Big Flacks I can see in my head,. And itching too,.. I've tried KZ plus shampoo and some ketoconazole shampoos too,.. but nothing is working,.. only those shampoos hold extra 2 days comparing to normal anti dandruff shampoos,.. I don't know how to get rid of from this,.. pls help me
