Hair fall can happen due to may reason ,you have mentioned that you are facing severe dandruff issue either,that also a reason ,is the shampoo advised by any Dr,that you didn't mention in this regard and also what kind of shampoo is it .do share your few pics of affected area and need more information from your side for a proper management .
