Severe cramps after miscarriage

I have miscarriage after one week of pregnancy. From the day feeling sharp cramps repeating every 2-3 days. Its been a week bleeding has reduced. Sonography say there is no residue of conception and no ectopic pregnancy. but the pain repeats and i m concern about it. Please suggest about my condition. And remedies.
