Throbbing pain in the head , swollen nipple, severe cough and cold. Not very energetic. Skinny and temperamental

Plz consult your paediatrician for physical examination and treatment. Till then,give just steam inhalations for cold and cough and decongestant nasal drops for nasal block or increased cough on lying down. Use paracetamol for fever and pain and repeat every 4 hours if required.
